So I have been reading most of the topics reviewing the above plastic surgeons and decided to go
and consult with all of them since I live in LA and here is my review and feedback. I'm planning to make a
decision by this weekend because I want to be in surgery by the 25th or 29th of this month.

Met with him before I started HRT I was trying to get an idea and a perspective before that cause
I was anti hormones [Different story i will tell later] for a while so, I thought lets see a plastic surgeons perspective.
The clinic was cute weird entrance to the office, the girls were very nice. As I was getting in there was a guy and his CIS children not sure what they were getting done. I filled the paperwork and waited then a MTF girl walked in I felt her look
was very done and she was with an older guy.
I went to the consultation it was an exam room not an office, she took pictures of me and it was kinda weird seeing
yourself from all these weird angles...I was mortified even though I model and stuff but still not very flattering.
He walked in and asked me what I don't like about my face, he was very nice and calm and then he said he would show
me how my face would look he gave me a lil Kim nose very scooped felt completely off and it changed my face dramatically and I was immediately turn offed by that. He mentioned that he likes asian faces but i thought to myself
I'm middle eastern so my bone structure is completely different.
I felt his vision of how my face would look was very cheap and fake so I was completely turned off by him.
He suggested the usual package for most FFS doctors, Brow Bone, Cheekimplants, hair line lowering and Adam's apple
He said no to the following ideas "Bigger lips and shaving my crease to make my eyes bigger"
Score 6/10 mostly because all of his clients look overly done. Sidenote Gigi Gorgeous did her breasts with him.
Cost: Around 14k for Nose and adam's apple
6 month After HRT
My friend went to Toby Mayer and even though the reference image they agreed on is so different than her outcome.
I decided to go because there is no harm. Very nice office I waited for a few minutes then got into his office
he asked for my name and age then immediately wanted to show me his work but couldn't find the files.
Then he asked me to sit in front of his 3 way mirror, he then started working his way from the top
Hairline
Brow bone + brow lift
Nose job
Cheek Implants
I want to do something about your chin but thats later

Mayer: How do people address you on the phone ? as sir or ma'am?
Me: Ma'am
Mayer: oh okay well if you want to get voice surgery I do that too.
During that time he didn't ask me how if I even was looking for FFS or what I don't like about myself.
I was bothered but not very I told him I'm having a problem envisioning how I would look with the brow bone shave
[I don't have a heavy brow at all its barely noticeable] he said well I don't work in sales I'm just suggesting he got very frustrated I was hoping for an explanation.
I told him I want to get my forehead down but not right now because I need to go back to work in two weeks, he got very technical about that surgery saying do you want it done with a balloon and I could lift your brows as high as you want. To that I said my brows got so much higher after HRT I'm kinda happy with them now.
He said people tend to lift their brows in front of the mirror and he put his hands on my brows to push them down.
They then took pictures of me, I came back again for the review and he drew on what he wanted to be done with my nose which is very difficult to envision and every time i tried to ask a question he would sigh ...it was just awful! I told him I will photoshop my nose the way I want and you can tell me if it's possible.
I emailed him the pictures and he said that's doable just come in to meet again.
Score 4/10 He made me feel like he was doing this surgery for free and was super frustrated and in a rush
I didnt feel comfortable or heard at all! I take all suggestions with a grain of salt and I'm very very critical of my appearance even though I had success thus far with my looks but I want to improve them.
Price: Around 14k for Nose and adam's apple and 32k for forhead and cheekimplants

They were able to squeeze me in for a consultation last Wednesday, very small office Caitlyn's Vanity fair was at the table
Didn't wait long, I walk into his office he is wearing a suit very sweet he asked me what I'm here for
I explained that I'm looking to add a bit more symmetry into my face I would like to remain androgynous but be a little more photogenic and I would like to hear what you think. I sat in front of the mirror I told him I like strong noses I just want to lose the hump on my nose lower the projection a bit then take the tip out and he explained to me how surgeries are done. then he said my forhead is fine I said it's okay but I would like to do it later. then I talked about my cheeks I said I was hoping i would gain weight but it's not happening he said just do filler towards the nose but I wouldn't do too much because your face is small.
Adam apple he said he would do the incision under the chin so it doesn't scar and he said don't touch your chin you have the desired shape I do tons of chins yours is fine and wait after your nose it will be a huge transformation. He was so relaxed and very nice even though it was a last minute squeeze.
I was then directed to the other office and I requested to see the book and OH MY GOD he does incredible work there is amazing before and after there is only few on the website but the ones in the book I wasn't sure if it was just normal nose jobs or trans!!! one of the girls [ on the website] looks like joan smalls and she should me a recent picture of her she looked STUNNINGGGG
Score 8/10 based on the consultation hopefully he would be as good in surgery.
Cost I was surprised that he charges the same as Toby and Sinclar even though he did Caitlyn
his cost was 12k for him and 2 more for hospital fees. He doesn't stuff the nose so the lady said I could breath better.
Dr Cardenas,
He is currently on vacation and I have been trying to schedule an appointment with over Skype since the beginning of this month. Tyler was very sweet I emailed him my before shots from Dr Toby and i sent references and he said it's all doable and I said well great but I would like to see if he is free on Skype. Last week he said he could try to squeeze me in Friday or Saturday....called today he said he haven't heard from him but he thinks it's unlikley
he said he would get back to me in a few hours but still nothing. I asked well when is his next free slot he said 28th in person and 31st on Skype. I don't know what to do because he is a lot cheaper and i could use the extra money for other stuff tbh but what if I go there and I don't like him. Also, his wife according to the majority if people is the one that does Nose jobs so why can't she Skype
What do you ladies think ? I thought about also consulting with speigel I would love to know his cost but I need this to be done by in surgery by next friday ...
