Anyone else on here have difficulty adjusting to bottom growth and doing activities like horseback riding?  I obviously can't pack while riding horses (not only would it likely slip even in a harness, it would also be veeeery noticeable in my riding breeches which are TIGHTTIGHTTIGHT), but that means that there's nothing really to "pad" that area, an area that is very sensitive right now!  I ride English so I both post (rise up and down) and sit (stay sitting down in the saddle) while trotting, and during the canter I either sit or do half seat (sort of standing in the stirrups).  By the end of my rides I can be quite tender.  Has anyone tried wearing some kind of protection down there for activities like this?  Or should I just grin and bear it and hope that this area gets desensitized?  Most male riders I know don't use cups or anything, so I am assuming that their genitals are not sensitive enough that this is a problem for them.  I mean, it's not like your groin is slamming into the saddle or anything, it's just a constant rubbing motion.  I ride 5-6 times a week, so it can get a little wonky...  Anyone else have this experience?

I don't ride but I know a guy who does - apparently the answer is very tight underwear, keep everything as close in to the body as poss.

Otherwise maybe some kinda saddle cover?
