I started Oestradiol about five weeks ago on a very low dose. My nipples have become quite tender over the last few days. Does this mean that something is happening there?

I thought I read that nothing normally happens for a couple of months.

As I don't plan on socially transitioning 'till I have completed my facial hair removal and other things which I expect will take about a year I'm a little (although not completely unpleasantly) surprised.

Yes the boobie fairy is paying you a visit. I began to get tenderness and sensitivity within about a week. Maybe less than a week.
