I received a copy of a letter today from my gatekeeper to my regional mental health service confirming that I fulfil the GID care pathway for referral to WLGIC (Charring Cross), so I think that means I've been confirmed as going to be referred :D I've also came out to a few more friends and they've been really supportive :) Also, I think my hormones are starting to kick in, as I feel myself getting emotional a lot more easily, and even cried for the first time when watching TV (last night's Arrow in case you want to know  :'( ); no physical changes observed yet though

Good news. It would be remarkable if you were seeing physical changes from HRT after five days though, give it a few more weeks and months and you'll have plenty to report I expect! :)
