So Where do you start out at coming what is Next

You will need to seek medical treatment. You should talk to your doctor about it or if you can, locate a gender therapist to talk with about it. After that if you desire it, hormones, beard removal and full time cross living with surgery. There are a number of small things like learning to present feminine, clothes selection, makeup and hair that you will need to learn about.

If you are unable to locate a local gender therapist, some are available over the internet but the important thing is you need insurance or money to handle all the treatment you will require.
