I don't pass, at least yet, and I accept that. I'm not on blockers or hormones yet, my hair is super short, I have facial hair. Well, wigs irritate my scalp and cause hair loss, my facial hair is so frustrating and I can't shave it often, and it leaves 5 o'clock shadow any way I do it, I wear girls clothes but it doesnt matter anyways. I'm sick of having to wear makeup every day because it makes me itchy, sneezy and my skin oily, even though mines expensive and made to not make my skin oily or irritated. Well I just don't pass, and even though I accept that, how do I make it clear I'm a girl, it's hard correcting everyone all the time, I just feel like there's more that I can do

If you have sensitive skin you need makeup that is for sensitive skin, yrs they make makeup for sensitive skin but it's not cheap.

What wig are you using? I've never heard of one causing hair loss unless you cornrows you're hair underneath and put the combs in the cornrows.

The best thing I ever heard regarding passing was that no matter what, you will always pass as yourself. There's always going to be a flaw to be found if you look hard enough, that's true for everyone, cis trans or whatever else. Accentuate the positives and minimize the negatives, but don't obsess over them. The goal is happiness, not perfection.
'Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe:
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.
