Well after a lot of back and forth and this was happening in my dome, I've decided to go back to therapy and start my transition. I've been in a semi denial over things that I can't control for 3 years and I'm ending that now. Found that there are a surprisingly large number of therapists in my area so this should be easy. They also take my insurance which is even easier. I've decided I want to keep my sanity and I'm finally taking action for me because I need it and I can't be afraid to act any longer.

Good for you!  ;) I guess this sub board isn't very active. A good therapist can be a good ally during your transition.

Yeh it seems not many people post here. The places most people post I don't cause I don't have a lot to say.

Unfortunately I've been trying to get in touch with therapists and I haven't heard anything back from a few of them. I've managed, over the years through medication, my dysphoria, but now that I'm off the meds things are slowly coming back in a nasty way.

I am a recent convert to analysts.

Congratulations. This is a great and big step.

I don't know you but I hope you get what you want and it is a smooth process.
