I'm a biological male in its 20s that has moderate masculine body. I've always liked feminine things and fantasized about being a woman but I have no problems with masculine things, except body hair and testicles that I don't like at all, but I'd really like to live as a woman.
The thing that prevents me from transitioning is that I don't think I will become passable and it will cause more harm than good because I will constantly be reminded of not looking like a woman and I don't want to risk to regret it. If there was a medical procedure to become woman with 100% success at this stage of life I will do it immediately.

I don't see women defined by their genitals therefore I'm ok with my penis even if I'd like to have a vagina too. I don't like the testicles and I want them removed sooner or later, the surgery it's also going to be helpful for a slighty feminization, at least from the belly down. It's at least something and may become a first step helping me choose my path.

Because transitioning is still be considered but I need to receive a positive outlook by an expert, financial support to get all the surgeries needed and a supportive girlfriend (I'm straight because I'm attracted to women with any genitals)

Since you want to be the opposite sex, you are transgender.

In regards to the label non binary transgender, while gender dysphoria makes our preferred gender expression apparent, gender identity is at least to some degree always mixed. As a result, those whose gender idenity is too balanced to choose a side, might feel they have a lesser right to transition than those who can choose a side. Of course, there is no basis for this belief and too many aspects of gender dysphoria to be able to just compare the intensity of the physiological aspect.

The only situation I find the non binary label useful, is for someone who would dislike permanently presenting as either gender. This doesn't seem like you though, and as you liberate yourself from living by others expectation, do the things that make you happy, and alter your biology, most likely you will become even more binary.

There are quite a few beautiful transgender women who not only transitioned, but pass with flying colors. Many of whom still have their penis'. Some women are capable of passing without HRT or corrective surgery. Just watch the Danish girl. She passed and is gorgeous. Don't be afraid to be you. And even if you never transition, you shouldn't let your assigned sex dictate who, what, or how you are. Wear a dress, put some lipstick on, and keep your chin up.
Everything fades.
Not just happiness
but sadness too will fade.

It's not about the penis, I'm fine with it. The actor in the movie is very feminine and he's passable. I'm not like him. I don't want to look like a ->-bleeped-<-, if I risk to still look male, I prefer to stay male at least on the exterior. This is probably because I'm not attracted to males.

Having a look in between is worse than stay male for me.
What I can have in between are some aspects of my body: this is why I'm interested in the effects of castration, depilation.
They are not problematic to me and I will think about it again when I will see their results

Do you think that, given the necessary amount of money and compatible body type, it's possible to have a successful transition at 30y.o. by doing all the possible surgeries?

I am not exactly sure what you are from your description. You are transgender because you are uncomfortable with your birth gender. You might be transsexual because you are hinting that reassignment surgery is of interest to you BUT you are not clear as to exactly what you desire. It sounds like you could be on the transsexual side of non binary as well. If you want a label, you will have to tell us were you are.

Something that might help you figure this out is our WIKI where many of the descriptions are provided. The other place to explore is "the transition channel" where transsexualism is covered in much more detail.

For most us, being transgender is not about how we look but about living the life we feel we were always meant to live. Nearly all of us fail to pass under some conditions but we consider it a part of the price we need to pay in order to be at peace with ourself.

Thanks for your help.

The problem is that I would like to live as a woman but I will not be satisfied I will not recognize myself as one, I don't want to have masculine traits (although I can stand some concessions).
In few words: I will be more comfortable with a woman body but only if it looks like one. I have a body that may have good chances but I'm scared mostly about the face.
I fear that the life I was meant to live is out of my reach.

Regarding genitals I don't have problems with my penis, I've fun with it but having a SRS is something I would fancy because I would like to see a pussy down there but I also like using my penis, I wish I could have both  ;D

One thing that bothers me  is that only people that are transitioning can have access to these surgeries. I don't think it's fair, we should be free to choose whatever we think best.
I would be happy to have my testes removed first and see what to do next later (I want them go anyway). Maybe later in life when the penis will have done its duty, I would get a vaginoplasty.
I can't do this because the state thinks that I have to transition first. It's not fair

I have a guess at where you live and if I am correct, I don't have a clue how the medical system works there. One option is that you could have the surgery preformed outside the country. Several countries would remove your testicles with the proper paper work. Naturally you might end up paying for this out of pocket but the non binary is acknowledged in the United States and Canada.

Something you should understand is that the Glans of the penis is preserved and used to construct the clitoris so the same sexual simulation is available post surgical. The primary thing you are giving up is the ability to penetrate.

which kind of paperwork is required?
I know that with a vaginoplasty I will be losing the ability to penetrate but I will gain the one to be penetrated correctly: it's something that I will like to have

Most of the good doctors want letters from therapist that indicate surgery is a good solution to your issues. Some may require RLE as a part of that but the surgeons will specify the standards they follow so you will know in advance if your letters will be accepted.

It's extremely annoying, are theraphists going to support my requests?

It will depend on how well they understand the non binary. The thought crosses my mind that you may not be aware of the non binary as well so I am going to give you a link to our WIKI . Other than Transsexual, everything else described on the page is non binary. There are most likely additional descriptions that are not on the page that are non binary so if you don't find an exact match, you still can be transgender/non binary.

Non binary is a relatively new concept and we started with cross dresser, ->-bleeped-<- and transsexual. Latter on additional groups were encountered adding more to the non binary grouping. Many treatment programs are still stuck with the original concept and as such leave the non binary population untreated. You will have to enquire as to the treatment standards for your country because I don't know what they are. If your country has ridged standards your options are to fit into the standards or to seek treatment elsewhere.

Try searching for something like "country transgender treatment standards" and see what you can learn.

The only things I would change will be to make it even more feminine!

You and I are so much alike, except I like guys lol. What I did was I transitioned anyways. If I feel masculine I'll just be tomboy, cuz I like masculine things, but feel more comfortable as a girl. Body hair does suck, but I just shave often. As for genitals I don't want any surgeries, not even boobs. B cup if fine for me.

Are you on hormones?
I see that the website may be down in 30 days, is there a place where we can discuss about our common situation?
