Since you want to be the opposite sex, you are transgender.
In regards to the label non binary transgender, while gender dysphoria makes our preferred gender expression apparent, gender identity is at least to some degree always mixed. As a result, those whose gender idenity is too balanced to choose a side, might feel they have a lesser right to transition than those who can choose a side. Of course, there is no basis for this belief and too many aspects of gender dysphoria to be able to just compare the intensity of the physiological aspect.
The only situation I find the non binary label useful, is for someone who would dislike permanently presenting as either gender. This doesn't seem like you though, and as you liberate yourself from living by others expectation, do the things that make you happy, and alter your biology, most likely you will become even more binary.
