My gosh Alora your so kind, thank you! Im an artist by trade, so I took to makeup really naturally, once I learnt how to not be scared of poking myself in the eye lol. im on 2 weeks of Hrt now, yay! I have been out for 3.5 years though, it took me a while to find my style <3

Whats stopping you Saira? You don't even need to have started transistionong to post here, this is the positive thread for everyone 🙂 X

So I work at a small consulting firm that supports my former employer (and by former, it has been over 10 years).  My current contract is ending and they have me lined up to work on multiple projects--which is super great.  Well I had a meeting today, and just decided to pull my hair back, not one of my normal looks (mainly because I am not a fan of my hairline-a story for another time).  But I love the way my hair fell in front of my ears, so I thought I would share (even with the turkey gobbler showing a little bit)

So I'm really torn. I have an interview today at 2pm. The biggest struggle I have is do I go in boy mode or girl mode. I should always mention, this would be my first time out in full on girl mode. I don't know if I should?!?

Here is an outfit I'm contemplating for girl mode...



I just don't have any shoes to go with it, seeing as I haven't bought any yet.

if your worried then just go boy mode. You don't have enough clothes to be able to go full time and if you go girl mode they will expect you to be like that all the time.

It's a tough call Alora, and there are pros and cons to both. You look gorgeous in that picture by the way hon 🙂 I guess it depends on how much you need the job, and will you be alright financially if you don't get it? Angelique makes a good point, if you present female, you will have to be fully invested in presenting that way all the time. However if this could be the big moment to going full time, it could be really wonderful for you! It's hard to say when I don't know your full background. I hope it all works out whatever you decide darling X
