I didn't know until i looked closer

(This is something i wrote about all my poems all my stories something i didn't realize until later in my life)

Every story and poem i created and made that boy walk
Every past i created for him to suffer and rise from
Was based on a person who never got that chance
Was based on person who never had that body
Was based on a person who woke up every night and questions their sanity
Because of the doubts inside there mind.
The boy didn't believe in anything
The boy didn't trust anyone
The boy was always alone but walking whatever path and still staying strong
That boy was me. I didn't realize this boy was a version of myself because i was a girl to society and it was built into my brain.
I didn't realize that he was me
Now i know he was me
Real to a extent told within story's and poems that related to my existence
And told inside a body that i wished so much that i had i didn't question.

i am going through this too.  Reading some of my earlier stuff, i now see the writing so obviously on the wall.
