I have a question my doctor has me on Estradiol and everything is doing great so far What I forgot to ask her on my last check up last week was how long tell you see your "junk" start to shrink she said thy would but  silly me should have asked her a time frame The sooner the better But I do Know it takes time just like it has for my breast size I finally figured out how to get right sizing are at a 46A or a 46B Lol I think

Hi,

It really depends and everyone is different. I have been on HRT for close to 3 years at a transitioning dose. My T was at 20 to 36 ng/dl for a year and below 3 for about 2 years. My sex drive is very low and orgasm is getting to the point of needing a lot of stimulation. My gonads have reduced in size greatly as well as my scrotum. My penis has lost about half in length and girth.
