Having watched the two videos, the thought I had was that perhaps the guy is a ->-bleeped-<- ->-bleeped-<- who had followed a woman he'd misidentified as trans into the bathroom intending to rape her, and then backpedalled after realising his mistake. He could have made up the stuff about the "elderly mother" (of which there's no evidence in either video) and him being a self-appointed bathroom cop, as a way of extricating himself from the situation without the cops being called.
