I'm done with my workplace.

I officially have it in my mind to get out of this hell hole. 26 May, 2016, will be my last day to depart from this forsaken wasteland of a company.

I will not tarnish the name of the company I work for at the moment, in a retrospect that I want to see what HR has to say about my issues. I had left them a detailed message, to exact days and time of talks with my manager, and his oh so mighty "it's not discrimination unless you are fully transitioned."
I am done with them, even if they try and get me back to stay with the company, HR's response is only to see if they are true to what has been brought on me, or if they will try and fix their policy. Even though their nondiscrimination policy 4.10 does state that gender identity is protected from discrimination.
Their words will be the factor if I should spread word moreso that they are truly discriminatory, or that they will fix their principles. And I will also spread the word in which has already had most of my regulars to hate the company and that they will not shop there after I leave.
Heck most of my regulars only really come in to check on to see how I'm holding up these days, half of them dont even buy stuff but just come in and talk to me.
HR's choice of words is merely if I will consider their business after I leave, as of purchasing goods.

But I'm done with them. This month I will just basically incite truths that at a  minimum with tarnish my managers name, and will follow him wherever he goes.

Maybe I can get a job back with Target, I know they will accept me for who I am, and will not be as stupid as this.

Edit: Oops, I may have just placed this in a wrong forum. If it needs to be moved either to discrimination, or any other board area, if anyone has the means to move it, please do so. If it may be in a rightful place as well over here maybe not change it, but I want to give the option to moderation to fix the position here.
Thank you.

Well today I officially told my manager that I am resigning, giving him a respectable 21 day notice of termination. Also had written it down in case of discrepancies of his forgetfulness.
I still haven't gotten a response from HR as of yet from my message, but while I was at work, I did get to talk to part of the corporate team in which has some sort of HR quality, but not the whole aspect into knowing and being able to have the words for me for the time being. But she did get in contact with the specific HR manager and had relayed to me that the HR department is going through a collaboration with their higher ups and  working on a case towards the whole thing. In which I hope by Friday I will receive news on it.
At this point I am very much relieved at the action I had taken to finally say I had enough. I just hope HR presents a good case to look into their nondiscrimination policy and make the whole gender identity portion stand out and be upheld to the same standard as all other parts of the policy. I would hate for anyone else to have to deal with this company in the way I have been dealt with in the regards.
Maybe my leaving will in a nutshell open up their eyes to the very real prospect of transgenders within their company that may not be be able to have their identity brought out as such to have to use their legal name, while others take for granted their non legal nick name usage.

Also from going into target to purchase a few things, I did get a chance to talk to one of their managers who deals with interviews, and as far as she is concerned for the moment I have a security in getting an interview once I do apply for any said position with them. I did let her know I was going to be working for the next three weeks and then be out of town for the next month but she had assured me the offer for the interview.
So I do have a very real and good chance of getting into the Target family again.
