Like, does it regulate it throughout each month. It seems like some weeks it's not as effective and then other weeks it seems more effective, like one week it can feel like things are changing and then other weeks it just doesn't feel like it's doing much? I just was feeling like it wasn't as effective today as it was yesterday, even though I know it's just as effective yesterday as it is today, I still get that feeling in the back of my mind. Then again this week have been a crazy week with my moods so there is that.
