Like, does it regulate it throughout each month. It seems like some weeks it's not as effective and then other weeks it seems more effective, like one week it can feel like things are changing and then other weeks it just doesn't feel like it's doing much? I just was feeling like it wasn't as effective today as it was yesterday, even though I know it's just as effective yesterday as it is today, I still get that feeling in the back of my mind. Then again this week have been a crazy week with my moods so there is that.

I think effectiveness depends on the method of delivery's cycling, not any internal cycles of your body.

When I was on a topical testosterone, it was to be applied daily. The dosage was much smaller than what you would see with an injection because the interval of application was much shorter. With injections, if I inject on a Saturday night they should be having the most masculinizing effects early in the week when the concentration of it in my body is higher. By the end of the week, my levels should be pretty low and I may find myself fatigued or moody due to that lowness.

I take my estrogen and spryo by mouth, and usually I feel like it's being effective, today just hasn't felt that way and maybe it's just because I'm being moody? idk, but like I was started on what's considered a full dose so yeah.

There could be some other factors you are not considering such as hours and quality of sleep.  If I am late getting to bed for several nights in a row, the effects of HRT seem to diminish a bit.  Other things might cause it too, such as a hard week at work, or a lot going on in your life for a brief period or too busy to really take notice.

Um well I did at the start have my sleep schedule change so I go to sleep at 8 -9pm and wake up at like 3 - 4 am. School has been a bit stressful and just being around my parents can be stressful to. But it sounds like it might dminish a bit but it's nothing to significant.
