My butt is awesome but my breasts suck!

Hello everyone,

I'm 3 months on HRT and I now take a pretty high dose compared to what others at the 3 month mark take. I kind of pushed my clinic to cram as many appointments into as little time as possible to expedite the process.

I noticed that my butt is AWESOME (it's really perky, round and feminine) but my breasts are pretty flat. On the tanner stage, I'd say they're barely touching stage III.

Since I'm only 19 and a late bloomer in terms of male puberty, what are my prospects of developing at least a solid A cup? Is this determined by genetics alone or is there a general timeframe for everyone?

My mom has very beautiful, feminine hips and rear end but her breasts are an A cup. Could it be genetic after all?

Thanks!

Three months and a tanner III is fast. It took me years to reach that state. As for my butt, what butt. It never developed and I suspect it never will. Be happy with what you have.

Generally speaking, cisfemale breast growth is completely up to genetics and usually takes about 10 years from "start" to "finish".  Growth spurts can happen though, just like with height, but genetics will play the largest role in your final size.  You can however do things like breast massage to promote growth, and in the developmental stages will likely promote a permanent boost, but no guarantees of course.  As in ciswomen though, growth rates in transwomen vary wildly.  It's kinda like playing poker, you get what you get, and while there is some strategy, it is still a game of chance.

I am early into Stage III myself probably, been there for about a month now (after almost 11 months of HRT), and I expect to be there for several more months.  I expect it to take me 2-3 years to reach an ideal point where I can then reasonably decide to have BA or not.  I'm still not on a transition dose yet though, so who knows.  My E and T levels are both roughly half of "normal" for their respective genders, but if things go like I'm hoping they will then my dosage will be bumped up in about a month and start tilting the scale more towards the E side...

P.s. My butt has always been pretty nice, but I do like it more in recent weeks.  <3

I think the butt is more important anyways.  Everything else I have to say has already been said: Be patient, it's still chance, and genetics has a large role.

For me, the development is going really well.  It's very obvious with my smaller shirts, and other things have became more obviously feminine.  I'm not sure if this is unusual to say, but I'm mostly happy with my body and the progress I've made...  I do still hate my face and see a masculine face with it.  I definitely want FFS and SRS, but I am going to have to wait too.

I'm with Dena on this one. I have no rear. I didn't have much to start with and lost a lot of muscle mass in reconstructive surgeries after a botched surgery when I was doing my Mormon duty in South America. My sister has no butt either so I suppose I'm cool with it. It means I can wear a smaller size jeans.

I think women with small breasts are very attractive. I got implants. I wish I hadn't done that.

I have no butt either. I was hoping the hormones would change that, but it appears I'm doomed to always need a rope to hold my pants up. I did get rapid breast growth though. Not quite as rapid as I'd like, but still pretty fast from what I understand. Although I did have some growth at the onset of puberty that never went away, so that probably has something to do with it.

I feel you girl. My breasts were lagging behind for a while but have recently started to take leaps and bounds in size.. thank goodness. But my butt and hips sure developed quickly they were always kind of wide to begin with though.

I'm sure you are doing just fine though.

I think that if you can start your HRT in your teens you stand a better chance of your bones growing to the proper proportions. Most of us can't or haven't been able to do that so our body shape is already messed up. It's a travesty because some of us chase an unreachable dream.

I certainly don't have a butt, and I don't know if I will....my moither's butt was big, for certain, and so was my sister's so somehting should happen. But most of the women in my family have large chests as well. So we will see what happens in the long run. My chest is def filling out quite a bit but I can't really tell about my butt.

I dunno... I was normal, throughout my life, until I turned 4 and realised that I shouldn't be called a he.
