Heya! I unfortunately have the issue of having an extremely dark, hairy torso, and want to get rid of all the hair. Unfortunately I'm a poor student so can't afford to get at least 10 sessions of IPL or 100 hours of electrolysis done (and shaving/ waxing takes up far too much of my time already), so I was thinking of using a home permanent laser/ IPL kit. Has anybody had any experience with these things, and if positive, what ones could you recommend (ideally available in the UK)? All the thanks and hugs! :D

I Purchased one of these when it was 40% of so it was a lot cheaper. I think as the tax time sales hit in July.

QuoteSensEpil XL (Pink) Hair Removal Device.

Before starting I had some hair on my chest like this guy has in the photo (not me heh just someone on google)

I used the device once every 4-6 weeks and after 10 uses thus far I have a few hairs that appear on my nipples and a few light hairs every so often near my belly button. I am not on hrt yet either so this is being used whilst I have full male testosterone still. I currently only use it to clear a few random hairs that appear once every 8-10 years weeks so it is not bad and even if it got me to this point I figure once I start hrt those last few should just vanish -cross fingers-.

I started using it in my arm pits and so far did 4 treatments and near half of the hair not returning all ready.

A straight line may be the shortest distance between two points, but it is by no means the most interesting

The real test is whether hairs regrow 1 year after last treatment.

I think I'll get myself a Tria ^_^ I'm getting a tattoo on my upper arm and chest so I'm going to have to laser those areas intensely so as to stop hair growth after I get my tat :)

Get the hair removed BEFORE YOU GET THE TAT. Laser treatment is color sensitive and the wrong color may prevent laser hair removal so electrolysis may be your only option.

I plan to; one of my friends had to get a foot tattoo redone as she lasered it to remove some hairs :-/
