Definitely beyond the point of my body cutting corners to save energy (starvation mode). It's just too darn clever for its own good.
Weight loss plateaud a good while back.
Now I'm looking at my body differently and need to make sure it has everything it needs for proper growth.
Targets given are spot on (182cm 69kg atm I think) 1500 should still create enough of a calorie deficit to lose 1lb a week in conjunction with my reduced exercise program, in theory.
Will also need to rework my macros. Can restore protein level as only big muscles left are on thigh and a little on calf. Assuming now that my T is 0 I no longer need to fear turning into the hulk.
Also need to add more fruit as I phased out most from sugar content but skin on hands defo visibly paying the price.
A good bit of my concern was for whether I could continue to indulge my "weight loss" impulses while still developing secondary female attributes normally. The obvious answer had to be no but had to ask.
Time to go from hacking away at the male body in the mirror and work on building the female body I see now
