Fear and breast durability

As my breasts have started to develop I am very protective of them to the point of being fearful that they could get "broken".

My DD who is very active has reassured me she has taken a great many falls some of which hurt her breasts significantly but her own development is great.

That helps but as my progress seems to be faster than hers I still question whether anything could impede development due to the accelerated rate potentially making them more delicate (at first).

An extra consideration has been on where breast development falls on the body's priority list. For example during weight loss with a low cal diet and exercise will the breasts develop "normally" or will the body suspend development or worse.

I know growth is very subjective but if anyone has developed well whilst losing weight that would be reassuring to know.

Looking to drop another 4kg then I'll either set a new target or switch to a maintenance program. If I can do that and still develop appropriately then woohoo.

Sorry to necro my own post but wanted to leave an update just in case anyone ever stumbles across my post with similar fears.

I have had a few impacts. Nothing overly serious but did hurt a lot when bumped into or when my son decided to jump on my chest (god he's heavy for 6 not fat but solid).

Apart from the pain itself I do not appear to have suffered any real damage. That said I'm still protective but not quite as scared as I was.

From the dietary angle I've decided to make a new program to ensure my body is well fed whilst it changes.

Got a theory that being on my sub 1000 cal diet for this long may be what's messing up my hands (dry skin) and slowing my hair growth. Need to give some thought to a 2nd puberty, nail, hair and skin diet.

In the meantime mini food frenzy until I heal up a bit lol.

Back to breasts no further significant growth noted but have read development is not linear but more along the lines of growth spurts.

Will probably post another update at some point once I have some more first hand knowledge to share.

A sub 1000 cal diet is putting your body into starvation mode and it may not be burning calories as fast as before. Depending on your size, 1200 to 1500 calories would be a better range for you to be in.

I've done a diet like that, to the point where I can barely move I've so little energy, and I've never lost weight so fast. It's amazing how quickly and consistently it drops off. There may be other problem with it, but losing weight is not one of them.

Definitely beyond the point of my body cutting corners to save energy (starvation mode). It's just too darn clever for its own good.

Weight loss plateaud a good while back.

Now I'm looking at my body differently  and need to make sure it has everything it needs for proper growth.

Targets given are spot on (182cm 69kg atm I think) 1500  should still create enough of a calorie deficit to lose 1lb a week in conjunction with my reduced exercise program, in theory.

Will also need to rework my macros. Can restore protein level as only big muscles left are on thigh and a little on calf. Assuming now that my T is 0 I no longer need to fear turning into the hulk.

Also need to add more fruit as I phased out most from sugar content but skin on hands defo visibly paying the price.

A good bit of my concern was for whether I could continue to indulge my "weight loss" impulses while still developing secondary female attributes normally. The obvious answer had to be no but had to ask.

Time to go from hacking away at the male body in the mirror and work on building the female body I see now :)
