Which had the greatest impact on reducing dysphoria for you, testosterone blockers or estrogen?

I'm happy you're asking this.  I too am very interested in hearing about this.

I did DIY with only E twice and both times it reduced the dysphoria.   Now I am under a Dr's care with both E and spiro and this also reduces the dysphoria (maybe a little better).

I do not know what my blood levels were when I was DIY so I can't really draw any specific conclusions on why it worked either way.  Also, I have never taken blockers alone.

I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience
