I've never been to this conference that's coming up soon although I was thinking about attending since last year.  I keep changing my mind about it now too. I guess I am concerned about a few things like, if I would be outing myself as trans when that's not how I identify myself but rather a nonbinary/nonconforming individual. I know there are a lot of people who may even be cis or people who are trans supporters but I am not sure I guess because I will be going alone.
I am also kind of paranoid if people were to take a pic or video when I am in the background and yeah I am probably thinking too much.
Anyone can fill me in on what to expect if they went previously?

I am planning to go up on Friday for the day. Had been planning to go on Saturday, but I need to renew a professional certification that I have, and Saturday is the only weekend class they have available for months. I have met and spoken with several folks who will be presenting, and the lineup of sessions this year looks really good.

You are probably thinking too much into it :) The conference is free and open to anyone. There are a lot of folks from the medical field there who are not even remotely trans-identified. It's in a center where most of Philly's trans folks go for HRT. Safe place. There are plenty of folks who are pre-everything, genderqueer, or otherwise ambiguous. Nobody will bother you.

I would say, click through the conference schedule online and make sure there are enough sessions that interest you that you are the intended audience for, before you commit to going.

Thank you for your reassurance Max. I know the more I think the more anxious I will become. There are actually a couple of them that interests me but I think I will stick with the 'Beyond the Binary' specific ones.

I agree with all Max said.

As an aside, I know that especially last year, they really pushed for people to not take photos except in a desgignated area that had a backdrop.
