I believe New york/Boston /Oregon/Washington State/California have their in-house Grs surgeons now but i have not seen doc's in Co yet unless they are flying the candidates out to Bowers ?

• Enrolled with Colorado Medicaid in accordance with federal regulation 42 CFR 455.410"
But is she still licensed with Colorado ? I am asking for a associate i know in denver (i still resides in alaska til i hope after i decide if i want to stay in the states for gas or go to thailand for it just so i can say i been to thailand lol ) .... thanks in advance... can't wait til i move to denver btw but after becoming post op
