Hair removal after HRT

What about after HRT. When I am am on full meds I only need to shave once a month and even then it is a very light blonde fluff. I do get skin rash when shaving as it causes ingrown hairs on my sensative skin. My leg hairs do not grow much at all, same with my hair downstairs which I like to keep trimmed at all times?
