The rhetoric from the Evangelical camp has just been elevated another notch.  It is becoming clear how far some of them would be willing to take this.

What country is this "Middle East" of which they speak?

In their context it simply means "Muslim Land" or to phrase it another way, Dar al Islam.

In reality though it only is the rule for homosexuals and is only really enforced in a few places and is done by hanging or throwing off of buildings. 

However, facts are rarely a factor in our opposition's thought processes.

But you knew all that already.  :-). LOL
