"A Delaware transgender woman says she was harassed and told to leave a Gloucester County McDonald's after she used the women's restroom.
Misty Hill, 42, of Wilmington, Delaware, told NBC10 she was using the women's restroom at a McDonald's in Paulsboro, New Jersey Wednesday around 4:30 p.m. Hill, who says she transitioned and has been living as a woman for a little over a year, told NBC10 she was wearing cargo pants and didn't have any makeup on when she used the restroom."

What a jerk. McDonald's has i believe a very inclusive policy on bathrooms and that manager obviously does not read his manual. She should be able to sue them for it.

...or at least get free McNuggets for life (although that may be a punishment long term)

there was a news story about a moth or so ago where a trans person was hired then let go within a day or so because the manager found out or she told him she was trans and the manager ended up loosing his job. That was a McDonald's I believe or maybe it was a Kentucky fried chicken
