I added Prometrium to my HRT a few months back. Did anyone who added this after estradiol notice that your breasts seem to be more sore at night? I am use to the daily soreness but at night pretty uncomfortable when i roll onto my stomach etc. I'm taking the pill in the evenings before bed.

On the good note side, i seem to be already seeing more changes to my breasts and areolas

There's a lot of posts on this topic, and a one really large one. It would be worth searching for them.

Opinion is very divided as to the benefits.

I have been using progesterone since the beginning and YES.

My breasts hurt for well over a year but have started to die down. They hurt when the wind blew...
That's how sore mine were...

They are only a bit sore now. I am so happy with my breasts, I have a C cup...and big puffy areolas.

Yes, progesterone also makes my breasts more sore, puffy and larger.
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

Thanks everyone so far, i have seen positive effects, soreness aside. The difference in feeling from night to day is quite remarkable, just thought id see if anyone saw the same thing.

I used to sleep on my stomach. Now I haven't since I grew breasts 10 years ago. I kind of miss being able to do that, but it hurts too much now. Totally worth it though.

Oh right, the original issue...
I took some progesterone when I was growing them too. Basically breasts tend to hurt when they grow.
