Have an MRI coming up, last time I had one was required to
Take off my glasses
Strip down to  my (then guy :() underwear
Place on horrible hospital gown

Now today (more or less) what about my bra??? What do you. Do you wear it or is it stored with the rest of your cloathing and odds and ends?

I had to take my bra off. I had a skull to groin MRI. They were very considerate. No jewellery piercings, tattoos etc are allowed, they have strategies if you have tatts or permanent make up.

It can be claustrophobic I was fine just meditated.

I was treated with total respect and I felt fine. Just noisy as hell, and I felt like puking when they gave me gadolinium

Any metal is a no no, so bras won't be allowed due to the clips, etc. I had one for my frozen shoulder years ago...a surreal experience that's for sure!

Thanks

Yeah they can be a bit claustrophobic for some. For me its lie down in a dark room, have the machine whirling next to your ears. With a choice, catch up on some sleep or watch the spinning whatchma call it. Oh and try try not to move so as not to have to come back again for a few more years

You having a brain scan?

I had a PET of the brain the other day and that was interesting. I was asked not to think! Or at least I think so.

No MRI (well thats what I've always been told).

My neuros (whoever I've been seeing throughout the years). Like to give me one every so often to make sure my epilepsy has not grown worse.

With my current location of work, couldn't be better. Even with head office and our little mix up.

Family the less I talk about that the better, Supergirl is keeping me warm at night and happy during the day.
