Jeffrey Tambor stars as a trans woman in the Amazon series, which focusses on a parent coming out to their children and transitioning later in life.
The show has become a cult hit and become one of Amazon's biggest shows, with Tambor winning Best Actor at the Screen Actors Guild awards earlier this year.
The cast of the show were also invited to a trans reception at the White House last year, with Obama's staff holding a special screening to celebrate equality."
