I highly recommend you have FFS and SRS at least one year apart. You body will need time to recover. It would be stupid to have another long surgery with hard recovery before you are fully recovered from the previous. Think health first, everything else second.
Dont plan only about surgeries... transition is a lot more than just surgeries. Successful transition isnt measured by how quick you can do all surgeries... it only matters that overall quality of your life improves, and you are able to move on with your life and live as your true authentic self. Many are able to do this without any surgery, some other need help from surgeons.
Its pointless to plan order before you will even know what you need and what you dont. Have you been on hormones for at least 2-3 years that you are certain that you need breast augmentation? Have you tried guided voice therapy for at least a year or so, and you gave up on it because of no improvement? Its impossible to cheat genital reconstruction surgery, so you might want to plan that in advance because some surgeons have waitlines. Some think think they will need FFS to pass, but it turns out many have good results from hrt, and learn how to style hair and use make up, instead, and can end up being waaaaaaay more passable than some who jumped into FFS expecting it will be a miracle that will solve everything... many dont spend much time researching surgeons (there are good and bad and many inbetween).
