I just got word my GP is off to sunny Florida next month. He has also been taking care my hormones. Any suggestions for a trans friendly doc on the east side of NJ between say Bergen County where I live down to Ocean where I work?

Often doctors sell or transfer their practice. It's also possible your doctor can refer you to another doctor so at your last visit, you need to discuss this with your doctor. By the way, make sure you ask for a copy of your medical records. It was a real pain getting a hold of mine but they have cleared up an issue or two.
