I have a question about utrary muscle of the shoulder area, after which time you noticed it, and whether the skin is pulled there

i think it has something to do with posture and losing muscle mass over time. I didn't notice it until at least 10 months on hrt. I also noticed my arms were much weaker and smaller compared to before. I used to lift weights regularly before I transitioned so I had a ton of muscle to lose so it might have taken longer for me than some.

Amazing what HRT can do.  You look great.  If I saw those pictures and didn't know I would think they were two different people.
