Barbie, I'm sorry but you don't pass in my eyes. I'm sure most Americans will think you pass, but other Asians like me will think otherwise. There are very subtle but noticeable differences in the faces of Asian men and women that most people cannot pick up on, unless they spend lots of time with other Asians. I'm sure you already know this though, since you live in Korea.
AoifeJ, I'm sorry but you don't pass in my eyes either. Your facial hair is very easy to spot; it's the first thing I noticed. And as Ange wrote, your facial structure is very masculine, especially your brow bone. That being said, all is not lost. I have a local TS friend who transitioned more than 20 years ago. She never had FFS, and she also has a pronounced brow bone. But she passes quite well, and is accepted by all of her cis female friends as one of them (many of whom do not know she is trans). Keep in mind though, she had 20+ years of HRT. It might not take that long for you, but your 9.5 months of HRT is not enough to overcome such strong masculine features. But many, many years of HRT might do it.
