Hi Pascale,
Here are some ideas you could try,
1) Use mascara instead of fake eyleashes - have some makeup remover wipes handy.
2) shape your eye brows slightly and then use a brow pencil to help define them and fill them out on the outer areas, also use an eyebrow spoolie to comb them - I would encourage you to get them shaped by a professional because it takes careful practice to get them right and so many people always end up over plucking them too far apart from their nose. You don't have to shape them completely femme - you can just get them tidied up a lot and then use the pencil to draw a more femme shape when you want it.
3) I would think about using a darker shade of lipstick instead of that pinkish hue you have on - darker reds/browns sit much better on people who are a little bit older and I think they look better anyway. Think about all the shades of colour you are using on your face and what you're going to be wearing - colour co-ordinate.
4) have a look on youtube for tutorials for hiding beard shadow (5 o'clock shadow) usually involves using an orange colour correcting stick and then a heavy concealing foundation - make sure to get one that does not cake up - meaning - one that doesn't thin out around facial crease lines after a few hours - there are ones that are good for 'not caking'. Personally I use orange corector, bb cream or cc cream and then a matched foundation over the top, then contouring sticks for defining cheek bones and little tricks for reducing nose&jaw size and shape ( youtube tutorials), then I use a lip liner pencil and overdraw my lips slighty because they are a bit too thin for my liking ( youtube tutorials) and apply lipstick and a bit of colour gloss for an ombre look. then apply eye liner, shadow and mascara. then a bit of shimmer on your upper cheeks, then powder to get rid of too much shine, then makeup fixture spray to stop your makeup from coming off.
I'm going to assume you're already using a good moisturizer in the morning and night? I use dermalogica skin smoothing cream with a couple of drops of nightly repair serum and eye lift booster - its excellent stuff.
Also I see you've got some fine lines on your face - have you tried microneedling/dermarolling to help fill in those lines and smooth out your skin?
Hope this helps, I think you're very brave,
Sonja.
