Hey, 11.000 marchers, that's amazing. I don't know what to think of this though, probably not a very good example of what we would like to be thought of by the masses, and probably not very helpful for things like the restroom debate for example. Uncle Joe doesn't know about gender fluidity so if that's what he sees, that's what we all are, period. So, I don't know... Opinions?

I would see it as them trying to show support. Any kind of support our community can get is good. Sure it may end up confuse some people. Also - transgender is a broad spectrum of different life styles.
Maybe I am just too optimistic but I appreciate this group making an effort.

That's a nice way to see it, helps me to figure it out, thanks.

I was there and I marched!

It was my first real outing and I loved it.  I had one of my best friends there as an ally along with my Wife and son; however, they could not make the march as it was time to put my son down.  What a wonderful experience it was, with so much support.

The amount of people showing support for the Trans community was outstanding!  I will post some pics as soon as I figure out how on this site.
