Name has legally changed, next gender?

My name has legally changed to my male name, but I will still be female on my ID and medical insurance awhile. My therapist doesn't seem to have the ability to help me change my legal gender.

I guess after I've been on T awhile and start to look male maybe the doctor will right a letter for that.
