I think since the surgery is similar, the Yeson exercises can be used as well. Other than that - if you never had gender voice therapy, it may be useful to do that, but its quite individual. Not all that can be learned in gender voice therapy before surgery applies after the surgery, some things are even counterproductive, others do apply, a lot of general voice therapy issues apply as well. A lot of my post OP voice therapy was not gender related but more about dealing with breathiness, hoarseness, volume, getting a clean voice - those are all general voice therapy issues that do not even need a gender specialized voice therapist, but I did change my voice to be female long before surgery, so some of these things that I changed back then probably still apply
