I created this account last year however I wasn't very active up until now. So I thought I would say hi to all of my trans family. I'm a 23 year old mtf by way of Raleigh, North Carolina. I haven't begun my transition yet. I first became aware of my gender dysphoria in 2014 (or rather came aware of what it means to be trans). In 2015 I confirmed to myself that I was trans and 2016 is me taking actions to finally settle into my skin (in all of the right places). Next month I will begin Hormone Replacement Therapy and by the end of the year I intend to have relocated from Raleigh altogether, preferably finding a room for rent and also coming out completely to my family and friends.

I'm an avid writer of nearly anything, poetry, short stories, essays, writing is my best outlet. I hope that this forum will help me navigate my transition a little easier.

I will leave this with a face to the name. (Although I hope as I take hormones this face begins to look very different).

Welcome to Susan's Place. I think I may have seen you moving around a few times out there without any posts. I am glad you introduced your self and now you will be able to ask us questions directly. You are quite thin so I suspect that HRT will add some feminine fat on your face shaping it. Hair style and makeup will make some additional changes but only time will tell you what look is going to work for you. If there is anything I can help you with, let me know.

We issue to all new members the following links so you will best be able to use the web site.
