If the official ways of account recovery fail, you may need to escalate. I'm not sure how successful it might be with a company with so many users, but I've heard of people getting direct results by contacting a company's CEO or other executive. A quick but courteous email explaining why the normal channels have failed and that you have the appropriate documentation.

Yeah, low-profile might not work here. Escalate as you put it might be needed here. Such as the massive anti-Facebook publicity San Francisco drag queens successfully pulled off a year or two ago, nationwide, about harsh Facebook discrimation against LBGT people particularly the T segment since we often have a name change.

In MY case, the name change is irrelevent since I've long since had Jennifer Lopezgomez on my passport.

Even if a person here doesn't agree with my viewpoint that a trans lady in her 50's can legally and morally dress in shopping centers in pink hot pants sexy young if I want to it is MY body and a fundamental feminist RIGHT to dress my body as I please despite severe patriarchal discrimination against my right to dress sexy young. But STILL even if you strongly think I should dress as a 50 year old you have every right to your opinion but even still I feel you have to agree that my battle against Facebook's ID procedures isn't just MY battle, it is EVERY TRANS PERSON'S battle too as a trans person still another form of blatant discrimination.

We're in this together folks.

Yeah sure obviously I have my Visa credit card with my valid signature as Jennifer Lopezgomez which I use for shopping in real life several times a week by show that my Visa credit card exactly matches my passport by each store clerk. I have ZERO problems because I'm completely honest about what I am doing.

I also have a similar Mastercard credit card under Jennifer Lopezgomez. If these are good enough for my American bank, why aren't they good enough for Facebook ? Although I haven't sent them to Facebook. If I end up doing so, I will only scan the front of each valid credit card I have as Jennifer Lopezgomez. I don't trust Facebook with the the back of my 2 credit cards wherein the CCV number lies as I fear I might get defrauded financially.

I've been in newspapers, on television, and on widely-distributed Internet videos that have been professionally produced. I will never be able to be low-profile again as millions of people around the world have already seen my beautiful feminine photos, many of which are model-quality.  :)

In case someone here doesn't believe me, here is my actress performance on a Bobby Mair Internet video that his production company produced and has distributed to more than 170,000 Internet viewers.

I was paid MONEY for my actress perfomance herein in this video, and I Jennifer Lopezgomez appear on the "freeze-frame" headliners you see for clicking on the video.

You will see I am wearing the same pink dress as in my Susan's profile photo in this 170,000 viewer youtube video Bobby Mair is a famous Internet comedian.

His staff invited me back to make another video with them in front of the Green Screen in London in 2016, but I had to decline since I had already left the UK by then.

This video should once and for all demonstrate my legitimacy and genuineness -- as well as my high-profiled-ness.

Enjoy! It's about 3 minutes long and I feel you should enjoy ONE of my actress performances from 2015.

I am prominently featured an an actress in this 2015 video and I was paid MONEY for doing so. It is heavily pro-trans. Bobby Mair is from Canada but has lived in London-England for about 10 years. He's quite funny and super-pro-trans rights. He is on OUR LGBT-side.

Hugs,
Jennifer xx
