Hm, I've just been curious to know, Pre-T do the levels you have affect how rapidly changes happen or how much is needed for changes to happen rapidly? I don't know what's 'above average' levels for a biological female, but I think some of us like myself havent always passed male, despite that though I think there's been vague signs of my 'above averageness' maybe? or that's just in my head.
I also feel like the changes have been doing amazing wonders relatively quickly and have surmised if maybe that's because I was already biologically apt to it, taking to it well because of my levels or something. Of course, at first my doctor suggested me a dose slightly below the mark before checking my levels and recommending I bump it up a bit. However, 2-almost-3 months in and my voice is already dropped, my facial hair is already coming in as well as adominal scruff, maybe slight muscle growth perhaps (or imagined?), maybe a slightly less hourglass shape (may be imagined, though I do kind of will miss the hourglass figure, I prefer my femme build), growing a um...small penis (probably the most surprising of changes I did not expect that going in, but I don't recall that being there before so it's definitely a result of T).
I'm actually not sure what my levels were before I was taking it, I was hoping it was on the above average range so I have some, ah, 'proof' to my feelings as I exist. You know, not some 'girl who thinks they arent a girl' and just putting chemicals in their body altering it for a fun and preferred image. I guess I'll ask my doctor for my next appointment
So that's my original question, do pre-T levels and 'taking to it naturally well/being biologically predisposed to T' have any signficance?
Question #2: Did anyone else feel vaguely sick taking it at first? As if your body was kind of buzzed and strange feeling it. I say vaguely because I didnt feel sick at all, it was a good-bad feeling, in a way.
Edit: Oh yeah, regarding injection, only other time I felt sick (way worse) was when I took one maybe two 'bad shots', as in, they stung a little bit more and caused pain, I think i've learned I have a pretty good pain tolerance when I need to so pain never hurts normally. Afterwards I just felt very nauseous and dizzy, had to drink water, and sit down. It's not the T itself moreover the entry
(I remember feeling that way after forearm conditioning, trying to intentionally strike the arm to strengthen bones and calcify it, it's a martial arts thing). I'm wondering if my muscles are tightening up or something, I typically take the same stance when having my friend help apply the shot to my upper buttock, it didnt hurt the first few times so maybe I just forgot what I did or my muscles changed. I'll ask my doctor about that, too.
Question #3: I will be traveling soon. What are TSA guidelines on carrying meds across state lines? I will be asking my doctor this as well, I assume a permission note and a declaration are all I need in this scenario, but extra advice could be useful (why else am I here?)
