Hi,
I just registered and want to introduce myself.
I'm 52 yrs old and transitioned more than 30 years ago (mtf). I'm German and found this site, when looking for experiences about dating, if and when to tell a potential partner. The thing is, I was actually married twice (once widowed, once divorced) but for a few years I began dating again, so I found this site when googling for post-op dating.
Apart from dating I don't have any problems anymore with my history and live a "normal" life,
Looking forward to find interesting thoughts, maybe  I can also give some ideas to others.

Welcome to Susan's Place. Advice on when to tell a partner will be all over the place on this site. Some are married and have never told while others place it in their profile on dating sites.

As for post surgical members, we have a small population who are in the 10 year or more range. I may be one of if not  the longest post surgical member as I had surgery in 1982. I have seen a few others who are close. Your experience, knowledge and opinions will be welcome on the site. If there is anything I can help you with, let me know.
