Senior Vatican Cardinal warns ‘demonic’ transgender rights are causing the ‘deat

From the article,I believe the real cause of this hostility is the thoughts, words, and actions of Christians themselves which the Internet has made transparent to all.  They are the ones who discredit their own belief system by saying on the one hand it is "love" while on the other hand quite publicly demonstrating that it is fact the opposite. 

Somehow I miss the emotion of love when I am described as demonic.

The way I look at the issue of Christians' hostility is to separate the people from the religion.  I believe that the "Christians" who persecute others for being different are not truly practicing Christianity.  However, I still believe that Christianity (just the religion, not the people practicing it) is good.
