I have an appointment with my General Doctor on Monday to get a referral for my Endo appointment next Tuesday. Should I bring a copy of the letter my therapist wrote to the Endo office to help affirm that I do struggle with Gender Dysphoria? Any other things I should do to help this process out? My insurance said the appointments will be covered as long as I get a referral.

P.S I hate HMO's

Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it. I found out my primary care doctor was able to prescribe hrt so I did not have to see an endocrinologist.
