SRS questions for those who hae gone before me

Girls, I am a pre-op transwoman. I am scheduled to have SRS next april, it is an 8 month waiting list. I have many questions, but one is I am un-circumsized, how does that effect penile inversion in SRS, any of you girls have experience with that? Thanks Samantha
