The full schedule I recieved from Dr. Meltzer was --
5x the first day
4x for the first month
2x for months 2 through 5
1x months 6 to 12
Gradually decreasing after that. It also says if its easy, you can decrease, and if its difficult, you should increase, letting your body be the guide.
The 5x the first day really is 4x the first day, 4x the second day, but getting up in the middle of the night so you don't have overnight between dialations on the first day. It sounded like an adjustment he made to make the 2nd day a little easier.
