SRS with Dr. Brassard October 12 2016

It is only a month away. Now I'm feeling a little nervous but excited. I'm all stocked up on things they want me to stock up on... My luggage is all packed... Yes I'm that excited... I go to Montreal 2 days before and I'll be staying at a bed and breakfast near the hospital... Then I'll be in the hospital  for 3 night after surgery the 5 night at the recovery Centre. I'll be flying home October 20. Total of 10 days in Montreal. This is it for me 🙂 so happy!

Yes, and no.  I grew up in Canada (Saskatchewan), but I have lived in San Francisco for the last 16 years.

Mine is actually November 2nd, but I am arriving the end of October, and I would miss you by 10 days from when you leave.

I am following y'all with great interest as I am literally waiting on the edge of my seat for my email with my date.  I have my papers in to Dr. Brassard since June and know that my file has been sent to the clinical nurse. Are they open to phone calls re: progress of the referral? I don't want to be seen a a pest!

I emailed asking about progress evaluating my file, and they pretty much just said they'll tell me when they're done. And then they gave me my date the next day, so maybe poking them helped [emoji14]

Thanks. I will give them a call. It was the week before they went on holidays that my file was transferred to the nurse. I know that the date will be a while off but at least I will know.

I sent my files late April... I got an email with surgery date late June...
