I'm cooking food at the moment while sitting here thinking what is going to happen?
So lets say i do transition and i take that leap and hope it works out fine and everything plays out great
is that really going to make a person feel better? I don't mean to sound like a jerk but i'm serious is it?
I already have mood swings so they basically become more inward? i'm not sure i understand but either way okay so it helps, but is that really going to solve the discomfort within myself? I don't feel like i won't do it
but sometimes i start to question even with my problems could i live like this and be okay? I mean, its such a struggle even after transition i don't know i'm just thinking. I probably sound like a jerk trying to get everyone down or something crazy but i can't help but wonder...i'm curious i'm human and i say things i don't know.

For me it did, but I think it really depends what is making you feel the way you do currently. Pre-transition, I had awful social anxiety and depression. Fortunately both were related to my dysphoria, so transition helped them ease up and then go away with time.

If what you struggle with isn't related to your dysphoria, transitioning may not help. It may help other areas of your life, but wouldn't be the most effective treatment for those problems.

I have dysphoria sometimes but i wouldn't say anything in my transition is the root of my problems
maybe my mood swings a little but besides that i'm completely unsure.

Transitioning has helped me in ways I didn't even realise I needed help in. I've blossomed into a fuller, happier human being and I actually feel more joy/connection to the world around me, even in non-gendered instances (like just being alive and observing, or just feeling plain happy for no reason).

That never happened to me pre-transition. Clearly, everyone will have different experiences. You can take baby-steps, transitioning doesn't happen all at once. Maybe just change your style (gender expression) at first, and go from there?

I am pre-HRT (though I got confirmation today that I will be getting my letter soon - yay!), so still very early in my transition.  But what I can say is that every step I take towards transition helps.  Whenever I am waiting for something to happen, my mood goes down, and whenever I take a step forward, my mood goes up.
2015-07-04 Awakening; 2015-11-15 Out to self; 2016-06-22 Out to wife; 2016-10-27 First time presenting in public; 2017-01-20 Started HRT!!; 2017-04-20 Out publicly; 2017-07-10 Legal name change; 2019-02-15 Approval for GRS; 2019-08-02 Official gender change; 2020-03-11 GRS; 2020-09-17 New birth certificate

I don't feel that there is like this pattern with trans people and i don't fit the pattern it makes me wonder if i'm going to mess this up.

it gave me a reason to live. if your problem is gender dysphoria there is a good chance it might help , but it really depends on what you need,
