I've followed Elliot Hulse for a while. Give it a look-see for some things to consider:



I've personally found great progress from strength training programs and even more from reading bodybuilding books and magazines. Take what is useful and leave the rest.
Be your own master, not the slave to illusion;
The lord of your own life, not the servant to falsities;
Only then will you realize your true potential and shake off the burdens of your fears and doubts.

Okay, good. One interesting thing--my posture is a lot better for hours after lifting. And it physically feels good.
