Today's keynote speakers at lunch for Southern Comfort Transgender Conference were Sarah McBride of HRC who spoke July 28th to the Democratic National Convention.   I got to speak with Sarah for a couple of minutes and told her the speech where she stood at the front of the convention and proclaimed, "I am a proud transgender American," was the greatest birthday present I ever had.   

The second speaker was Dr. Marcie Bowers.  Of course some of you know Marcie or maybe I should say Marcie knows you...intimately.  She is hysterically funny and told the story about how they import the testicle prosthesis from Sao Paulo.  "Yes," she said, "We put Brazil nuts in our trans men."
