i have been transitioning for almost 3 years and have been very confused on how to even get started with trying to get insurance to approve me for ffs. i have talked to my doctor and she is 100% clueless on what im asking...and helped me 0 :( made me sad and i felt like i was helpless.

iv read some other peoples topics about the same issue and iv come to see that jen "jlt1" is amazing at helping with this issue. can you please please please help me too jen i have no clue what to do here and me and my partner are both in this together as we are both trans. :( my insurance is apple health and im in washington state. il be checking frequently for a response..im very very eager to move on with my life..i feel like im stuck right now in the same place. also is there any luck of getting facial hair removal covered by insurance? its so so so costly...iv tried electrolysis and the lady ran me 80 bucks an hour and 1 hour visits...drained my back with little to no progress :'(
